Executive Leader in Enterprise Transformation, Digital Orchestration & Strategic Execution

REFLECT REFRACT RESONATE

My spark is brightest when designing and evolving digital experiences that help organizations make smarter decisions, move faster, and connect more meaningfully with customers, partners, and teams. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human behavior, translating legacy complexity into intelligent systems that feel intuitive, scalable, and adaptive.

While much of my recent work has been in insurance and insurtech, the throughline is consistent: building connected ecosystems, modernizing legacy thinking, and unlocking new ways for businesses to operate, evolve, and flourish. I'm particularly drawn to environments where I can influence how transformation, innovation, and orchestration move beyond buzzwords and become embedded in how the business actually works, driving differentiation, growth, and long-term value.

Matter(ing) over mind.

Matter is what defines us all, and the world around us. But mattering is what inspires me every day. We all bring our learned experience and mindfulness to our work. But mattering to someone, something, somehow is what gives us purpose.

I want every day, every encounter, every moment to matter — whether I'm helping an organization untangle a legacy operating model, guiding a team through a transformation they didn't think was possible, or just having a conversation worth having.

For me, mattering is grounded through three simple words.

Reflect

Before designing change, look honestly at where you are. Not just at yourself — look at what's in the background of the mirror too. The systems, the people, the quiet dependencies that will shift whether you account for them or not. Real reflection means taking in the whole frame, especially the parts that are easy to overlook because they've been there so long they've become invisible.

Refract

Take the light you have and bend it just enough to reveal what wasn't visible straight on. The breakthrough hiding in plain sight from another industry. The process tweak that opens an entirely new pathway for AI-augmented work. Refraction isn't invention. It's perception. Most of the best ideas already exist somewhere. The skill is learning how to angle the lens.

Resonate

What you share outward should be crafted to land for them, not just from you. That requires real listening, not the kind where you're preparing your next sentence, but the kind where you're genuinely trying to understand what someone actually needs. Resonance is what happens when empathy and clarity meet. It's also, not coincidentally, how you build relationships worth having.

Built from the inside out.

Most people arrive at transformation leadership from the outside — as consultants, vendors, or analysts. I took the other road. For eleven years across NORCAL Group and ProAssurance, I was the business owner, the builder, and the person accountable for the outcomes — directing a broadly cross-functional organization, managing a sizable, tech-oriented budget, and orchestrating a broad partner network spanning operations, IT, QA, project management, and business development.

"We envisioned and delivered an agentic AI pilot — ProAssurance Assist — automating email ingestion, case creation, and routing. Not a proof of concept, but a working system that cut real manual effort and proved AI could carry operational weight."

What I carry into every engagement isn't a playbook. It's the accumulated instinct of someone who spent a decade making these decisions with real stakes — governing intake, roadmap, milestones, and business-value realization, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership, AM Best, and industry analysts.

How We Built It: The ProAssurance Story via ServiceNow

Storytelling bends light in new directions.

I set out to build something that worked, and when it did, people wanted to hear about it. That earned me a seat at tables I hadn't expected: alongside Gartner analysts, Zoom's investor community, the global insurance community at ITC Vegas, and enterprise technology leaders navigating the same questions I'd spent a decade answering from the inside. The credential I'm most proud of isn't any stage. It's that executive decision makers connected with something in my narrative that sparked a sense of reflection, refraction, and resonance.

ServiceNow

Head of Insurance Go-to-Market, Americas

Leading GTM strategy and field execution for ServiceNow's Financial Services Operations platform across U.S. commercial P&C, specialty/E&S, and wholesale brokerage. nano};{ranch

Outside of digital workflows, transformation work, and executive briefings, nanoranch started as a simple idea. What if we treated even the smallest pieces of land as something worth caring for?

Not for productivity. Not for optimization. Just for the wild and native life that deserves to thrive there.

Over time, it's become something more personal.

A way to slow down. A way to pay attention. A way to create space — for birds, for butterflies, for pollinators, for whatever decides to show up, including memories of those we've loved and lost.

The best relationships are built on resonance.

If something here sparked something in you, whether it's an idea, a challenge, or just a shared curiosity — I'd really enjoy connecting.

I'm confident we'll have something worth talking about.
